How did you become a Blue?
I was in my final year at Brighton University and was currently playing for Richmond RFC, but the commute was turning out to be very difficult. I had been good friends with Frank Taggart for many years and he offered up the opportunity to come and play for Blues and after a few discussions my fate was sealed.

Where have you played your rugby before this?
I have previously played for Connacht, Ulster and Richmond

What do you do outside of Brighton Blues?
I have recently started up with an oil exploration company called SVS Offshore out in Shoreham. I am also doing some administration work for Brighton Blues and coaching Sussex University part time.

Injury progress? How long are you out for?
My ankle is feeling stronger, I am now able to run in a straight line at about 50 60 percent, however the ability to change direction at pace I am struggling with. I am hoping I will be back fit in the next 3-4 weeks.

The game before I got injured, it was against Cobham away.

When was the last time you were shouted at in the street?
Last night, I am currently living with Frank and he’s OCD over the dishes and I left a single spoon out and he completely lost his cool.

If you could be another teammate for a week who would it be and why?
Probably Maxx Morris, the man owns a business! That lad is living the dream.

When was the last time you fell over in public?
When Steve Morris takes the mic, that man has some voice for an old fella. Keep rockin Silverback.

What is your signature dish?
Takeout, I am a dreadful cook.

What is your worst habbit?
Ordering takeout, just seems to happen by itself!

Proudest moment in your rugby career?
Receiving my first cap for Ireland

When was the last time you swore?
Last night at Frank over the tea spoon!

Who is the funniest teammate?
Tough one, I will have to go with Will Hoare, he thinks he has a way with the ladies, he doesn’t.

Who’s the best dressed in the squad?
I would have to pick Joe Hoare, we both have a soft spot for Hugo Boss.

Best practical joke you have seen one of the boys play?
Kev and Judd texting Jordan getting him to send pictures of himself and stats of his rugby career. Thanks Kieron for the laugh.

Lager, Cider or Ale?
Cider man

What teammate is most likely to avoid paying for a round when you are out?
Maxx Morris is an absolute demon for skipping rounds and going home before 12.
