Dear Brighton Blue
The commencement of another season marks our club’s renewed commitment to maintaining discipline and sportsmanship. Consequently, a strict stance will be adopted concerning any instances of red cards. This season, sanctions will be enforced on players, coaches, or spectators deemed guilty of misconduct towards match officials. Such measures will be applicable across all levels of the club.
Brighton Football Club (RFU) shall not tolerate such misconduct. Individuals found guilty of violating the principles of the sport will be required to attend a disciplinary hearing and are expected to pay the mandated penalties, including the prescribed fine associated with this charge, with Sussex RFU.
It is important to note that any actions resulting in a red card or abuse of match officials will lead to the imposition of a sanctioned fine. We assert that it is unjust to utilise club funds to cover the costs associated with individual misconduct.
Please consider this the sole warning concerning this matter. Without the officials, we can't have a game.
