Westcombe Park proved too strong a side and their big runners proved too much for the Blues sub-standard defence and tackling out wide.
Despite winning ball the Blues couldn't cut through and make possession pay. Some excellent forward work was undone by sloppy tackling as the back line allowed gaps out wide to aid the Park runners.
The Blues played for the full 60 minutes and never let their heads go down and there were plenty of positives to take forward. Missing a number of players to the A string, it was good to see everyone work hard and get game time.
Lots of positives - but the team needs to work on the tackle area and closing space out wide.
