A special mention to Phil Salvage who picked up the players appreciation award this year. Phil will be standing down from his role as Fixture Secretary. Phil's title does not represent the tireless work and heart he has put into the club over the past 10 years. Phil arranges the mini buses for the games and drives the team to matches, he has also filled in as kit man while his partner in crime Ian Dean has been through surgery. The administrative side of the club has be run like a military operation with all player registration documentation filled perfectly and in his is reign Brighton have never received a fine from he RFU for sending in a match card late. Phil is a true club man and will be sorely missed. In Phil's speech on collecting the award he called for volunteers to stand up and support the club in moving forwards. If you want to volunteer and have spare time you want to give to this great club and playing group please get in contact with Steve Morris.
