Robert “Bob” Bashford, former captain of Harpenden, Brighton, player at Bournemouth & Sussex sadly passed away on Friday 7th August 2015 from Leukaemia.
The funeral will be held at St Johns Church, Harpenden at 1pm on Wednesday 19th August, followed by a celebration of Bob’s life at Harpenden Cricket Club from 2pm.
All friends old and new are welcome to attend. Family flowers only. Donations welcome to the Antony Nolan Trust and the Wooden Spoon (a children’s rugby charity). A collection box is available at the service.
